Job summary

Exentec Services Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an Engineering Supervisor to manage technical delivery and site supervision from design through handover. The role requires coordinating CSA and MEP interfaces, reviewing drawings and calculations, and liaising with consultants and authorities.

Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with specifications, conducting site inspections, and overseeing NCRs, snagging and final handover documentation to ensure project success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or related discipline.
• 3-5 years of experience in construction, industrial, infrastructure, data center, manufacturing, or building projects.
• Experience in site supervision, construction management and quality control of CSA works.

Responsibilities

Ensure all construction activities comply strictly with approved drawings, technical specifications, method statements,

Review architectural and structural drawings, shop drawings, structural calculations, and technical submittals.

Coordinate multi-disciplinary interfaces between CSA, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing), and process utilities teams.

Liaise with Architects & Engineers (A&E) consultants, internal stakeholders, contractors, and local authorities to resolve site queries

Conduct regular site inspections, witness critical construction hold points, and manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and corrective actions.

Oversee snagging, defect tracking, and final project handover documentation (as-built drawings and operation manuals)

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or a related engineering discipline.

Experience

3-5 years of experience in construction, industrial, infrastructure, data center, manufacturing, or building projects.

Experience in site supervision, construction management, and quality control of CSA works.

Exposure to multidisciplinary project environments involving CSA and MEP coordination.
