Job summary

Turner & Townsend in Malaysia (Johor Bahru) is seeking an experienced Civil/CSA Project Manager to oversee Civil, Structural and Architectural packages from design through handover. You will coordinate with clients, consultants and contractors to ensure seamless delivery on complex projects.

The role requires 10+ years in construction project management with CSA exposure, strong leadership, and excellent stakeholder management skills to drive schedule, safety and budget performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Civil/Structural/Architecture/Construction Management or related field
• 10+ years of experience in construction project management with CSA exposure
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee Civil, Structural, and Architectural package activities from design through construction and handover.
• Coordinate with clients, design consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless delivery.
• Monitor progress, schedule, quality, safety, and budget performance of CSA works.
• Review design deliverables, specs, shop drawings, RFIs and method statements.
• Identify project risks, drive mitigation plans, and resolve issues.
• Lead site meetings, progress reviews and stakeholder coordination sessions.
• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, local regulations, project standards and HSE.
• Manage change requests, claims, variations and package reporting.
• Support commissioning, punch list closure and handover activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related discipline.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in construction project management, with significant exposure to CSA works.
• Experience delivering Industrial, Manufacturing, Semiconductor, Data Centre, Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences, or Advanced Technology projects is preferred.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
