Job summary

GRVT TECHNOLOGIES is seeking a business development professional to onboard KOLs and trading communities for our crypto exchange in Malaysia. You will build relationships with traders, lead outreach, and help grow platform usage through partnerships and promotional programs.

You should have 2–5+ years in crypto-related BD, strong negotiation skills, and familiarity with Twitter, Telegram, and Discord. A hunter mindset and hands-on approach to closing deals are essential.

Qualifications

2–5+ years in Business Development, Sales or Partnerships, preferably in crypto, fintech, or influencer marketing.
Solid understanding of crypto trading, exchange ecosystems, and KOL dynamics.
Active presence or strong familiarity with platforms like Twitter, Telegram, and Discord.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
Self-motivated with a hunter mindset — comfortable with cold outreach and closing deals.

Responsibilities

Onboard KOLs, trading communities, and professional traders to promote and utilize our exchange.
Build and maintain strong relationships with traders, signal groups, and crypto communities to encourage ongoing platform usage.
Conduct cold outreach and manage partnership discussions with potential collaborators.
Support growth initiatives by designing and executing referral, rebate, and promotional programs.
Stay up to date on crypto trends, competitor exchanges, and rising KOLs or communities.
Coordinate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Support teams for smooth onboarding and sustained engagement.
Track, analyze, and report the effectiveness of partnerships, including user acquisition and engagement metrics.
