Job summary

Recruitify_HR in Malaysia is seeking a proactive Project Coordination / Quality Control professional to liaise with customers on new projects, coordinate with planners and purchasing, and prepare technical reports. You will monitor progress, handle ISO documentation, collaborate with QC and CADCAM teams, and assist with product testing and dimension reports.

The role requires reading technical drawings, proficient Excel skills, fluent English and Malay, and a minimum of 1 year in related work,

Qualifications

• Reading and interpreting technical drawings.
• Proficient in Excel and basic MS Office tools.
• Fluent in English and Malay, with strong communication skills.
• Ability to deliver good customer service and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail for accurate documentation and reporting.
• Able to create and understand Gantt charts.
• Able to liaise across departments to meet project timelines.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with customers regarding new project approval & go/no-go decisions.
• Coordinate with internal planner for project monitoring and tracking.
• Coordinate with purchasing for incoming mould materials and accessories orders.
• Prepare technical reports for mould repairing and monitor progress with supervisor.
• Liaise with QC for part dimension measurements and follow up with customers for reports.
• Handle ISO documentation.
• Attend product testing and prepare reports for internal discussion.
• Liaise with CADCAM (Design) for product defects reference and improvement.
