Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a detail-oriented, analytical candidate to support visitor database management and analysis within the Marcom Department. The role includes compiling and maintaining the visitor database, supporting data insights for projects, and assisting in handling visitor enquiries both onsite and online.

You'll also help with visitor promotion, engagement activities, and event application support, collaborating with external parties and team members.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation, sourcing, and maintenance of the visitor database.

• Support targeted visitor promotions based on database segmentation.
• Contribute ideas during brainstorming sessions for promotional activities and campaigns.
• Assist in the preparation of required documentation for event applications with governmental agencies.
• Liaise with external parties to obtain and compile relevant information.
• Undertake additional assignments as required within the Marcom Department.

1. Visitor Database Management & Analysis

• Assist in the preparation, sourcing, and maintenance of the visitor database
