TANG XIAO MAN HOLDINGS SDN BHD is seeking a CRM & E-commerce Executive in Kuala Lumpur to own customer operations and website activities for the Malaysian market. You will lead membership marketing, segmentation, user engagement and targeted campaigns to boost activity and repeat purchases.

The role focuses on website operations and CRM, collaborating with TikTok E-commerce, retail stores and pop-up teams to drive growth and improve overall e-commerce performance.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in CRM, membership operations or e-commerce operations.
• Experience with brand website operations and campaign settings.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin or Bahasa Malaysia is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day brand website operations and promotions.
• Drive CRM and membership programs, segment customers and engagement.
• Coordinate campaigns with TikTok E-commerce, stores and pop-ups.
• Analyze CRM/e-commerce metrics and report performance.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Service and Retail teams.
