Job summary

DKSH is seeking a Crew Member for Outlet Operations in Putrajaya to welcome customers and maintain high standards of product quality, presentation, and store cleanliness. You will support daily outlet operations and contribute to a positive environment for customers and colleagues.

Key responsibilities include managing day-to-day outlet operations, assisting in product display and packaging, and delivering friendly service during shifts, including weekends and public holidays on a six-day week.

Qualifications

• School leavers are encouraged to apply as comprehensive training will be provided.
• Good working attitude with a pleasant and professional disposition.
• Ability to communicate effectively in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays on a six-day working week schedule.
• Willingness to be based and work at assigned outlet locations.

Responsibilities

• Support superior in managing day-to-day operating of retail outlet to ensure efficient usage of resources.
• Bake cookies and muffins.
• Ensure cookies bin is always full and clean.
• Ensure consistency in housekeeping of the outlet.
• Ensure merchandise area clean and tidy.
• Assist in wrapping of gift items.
• Assist in product display.
• Assist in customer service.
• Any other ad hoc duties as and when required by immediate manager

About The Role

The Crew Member, Outlet Operations is an essential part of DKSH's retail outlet team, delivering a welcoming customer experience and maintaining high standards of product quality, presentation, and store cleanliness. This role contributes directly to the Sales function by supporting daily outlet operations and creating a positive environment for both customers and colleagues.
