Job summary

DKSH in Petaling Jaya is seeking a dedicated outlet sales assistant to drive retail activities, support store operations, and ensure attractive product displays. You will help bake cookies, keep the cookie bin full and clean, and maintain a tidy merchandise area while delivering courteous customer service at the outlet.

PMR/SPM holders are welcome; training will be provided. This role requires shift work including weekends and public holidays, with benefits like annual leave, medical coverage,

Qualifications

• Execute retail/outlet sales activities to achieve sales targets.
• Demonstrate basic knowledge in the management of retail operations.
• Willing to work shifts, public holidays and weekends.
• School leavers are encouraged to apply as training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operating of the retail outlet to ensure efficient use of resources.
• Bake cookies and muffins.
• Ensure cookies bin is always full and clean.
• Maintain housekeeping of the outlet and tidy merchandise areas.
• Assist in wrapping of gift items and product display.
• Assist in customer service and other ad hoc duties as required.

Job Summary

General Responsibilities

• Support superior in managing day-to-day operating of retail outlet to ensure efficient usage of resources
• Bake cookies and muffins.
• Ensure cookies bin is always full and clean.
• Ensure consistency in housekeeping of the outlet
• Ensure merchandise area clean and tidy.
• Assist in wrapping of gift items.
• Assist in product display.
• Assist in customer service.
• Any other ad hoc duties as and when required by immediate manager
• Functional Skills and Knowledge
• Demonstrate basic knowledge in the management of retail operations
• Able to work shifts, public holidays and weekends.
• Good working attitude and pleasant disposition.

Education
