Job summary

Chicago Chicken City Sdn Bhd in Kuantan is seeking enthusiastic crew to join our floor and kitchen team. You will greet customers, take orders, prepare food and beverages, operate the POS, and ensure orders are accurate and served promptly.

Maintain hygiene, stock, and FIFO storage; work with teammates to keep daily operations smooth, follow SOPs and safety rules, and support the Manager On-Duty as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and efficient customer service
• Greet and assist customers with their orders and enquiries
• Prepare food and beverages according to Company SOPs
• Operate the Point-of-Sale (POS) system and handle cash or cashless payments accurately
• Ensure customer orders are prepared and served correctly
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, dining area, cashier counter, and workstations
• Practice good hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness at all times
• Replenish stock and ensure products are properly stored using the FIFO method
• Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
• Follow all Company policies, SOPs, and safety procedures
• Perform other duties assigned by the Manager On-Duty
