Job summary

Chicago Chicken City Sdn Bhd is seeking crew members to join our service team in Malaysia. You will deliver friendly customer service, greet customers, assist with orders and inquiries, and prepare food and beverages according to our SOPs.

Additionally, you will operate the POS system, handle payments, maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas, and ensure orders are prepared and served accurately. Join us to work collaboratively with the team and uphold safety standards daily.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and efficient customer service.
• Greet and assist customers with their orders and enquiries.
• Prepare food and beverages according to Company SOPs.
• Operate the Point-of-Sale (POS) system and handle cash or cashless payments accurately.
• Ensure customer orders are prepared and served correctly.
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, dining area, cashier counter, and workstations.
• Practice good hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness at all times.
• Replenish stock and ensure products are properly stored using the FIFO method.
• Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Follow all Company policies, SOPs, and safety procedures.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Manager On-Duty.
