Job summary

Chicago Chicken City Sdn Bhd is looking for a friendly crew member in Kuala Lipis, Malaysia to deliver top-notch customer service and assist with daily restaurant operations.

You will greet customers, assist with orders, prepare food and beverages according to SOPs, operate the POS, and help maintain a clean and safe dining area. Training on hygiene and safety will be provided, with opportunities to grow within the team.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and efficient customer service.
• Greet and assist customers with their orders and enquiries.
• Prepare food and beverages according to Company SOPs.
• Operate the Point-of-Sale (POS) system and handle cash or cashless payments accurately.
• Ensure customer orders are prepared and served correctly.
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, dining area, cashier counter, and workstations.
• Practice good hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness at all times.
• Replenish stock and ensure products are properly stored using the FIFO method.
• Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Follow all Company policies, SOPs, and safety procedures.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Manager On-Duty.
