Job summary

Chicago Chicken City Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a crew member to deliver friendly and efficient customer service. You will greet customers, assist with orders, and help with the preparation of food and beverages according to SOPs.

You will operate the POS system, handle payments, and ensure orders are prepared and served correctly while maintaining cleanliness across the kitchen, dining area, cashier counter, and workstations.

• Ensure customer orders are prepared and served correctly.
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, dining area, cashier counter, and workstations.
• Practice good hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness at all times.
• Replenish stock and ensure products are properly stored using the FIFO method.
• Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Follow all Company policies, SOPs, and safety procedures.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Manager On-Duty.
