Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Degree in Finance/Accounting or relevant
• Minimum 2–4 years of related working experience preferred
• Credit processing and credit analysis experience would be an advantage
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Resilient and able to work independently under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Ability to analyze full financial statements to assess a company’s financial profile
• Strong leadership to guide junior team members
• Growth mindset with innovation and agility
• Good team player with results orientation

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer financial profiles and creditworthiness, identify risk exposures, and recommend credit limits with justification for management approval
• Perform new credit applications and annual reviews for expired accounts across the Group
• Lead, supervise, coach, and provide guidance to the credit analyst team
• Drive process improvements, automation, and system enhancements including UAT
• Monitor team performance and ensure SLAs and KPIs are met
• Identify procurement risks and assist in risk mitigation
• Collaborate with stakeholders on credit processes and policies
• Participate in monthly Regional Credit Management meetings
• Prepare periodic reports and analyses for management
• Draft credit agreements in compliance with country regulations
