Job summary

Singtel KL Shared Services Centre in Kuala Lumpur is hiring a Credit Management Executive. The role supports consumer credit operations, reporting, account handling, and system enhancements across BCC CRM, ECOM, and Kenan.

You will liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate, policy-compliant credit activities and timely reconciliations. Ideal candidates hold a Diploma or Degree, with at least 2 years of experience, and strong MS Office and CRM skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in a relevant discipline is required.
• At least 2 years of full-time working experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and data handling.
• Knowledge or experience with CRM systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Process consumer credit-related tasks in line with policies.
• Handle internal inquiries via shared mailbox with accuracy.
• Review and process cases in the Consumer Follow-Up Queue promptly.
• Perform regular reviews of consumer reports for accuracy.
• Reconcile weekly reports and invoices; address discrepancies.
• Assist with data extraction to validate system functions.
• Collaborate with IT on system enhancements and incident resolution.
• Support operations across multiple systems (BCC CRM, ECOM, Kenan).
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
• Support collection activities and waiver processing as per procedures.
