Enfrasys is seeking a Finance Specialist (Operation Finance) — Credit Control to manage assigned customer accounts, monitor AR, coordinate billing, and drive collections to support healthy cash flow.

The role requires 3–5 years in credit control or AR operations, strong communication and negotiation skills, proficiency in Excel, and familiarity with Salesforce or ERP systems. This position is based in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia.

Qualifications

3–5 years in credit control, collections, accounts receivable, or finance operations.
Good knowledge of AR ageing, billing documentation, payment follow-up and collection reporting.
Able to assess overdue accounts and recommend follow-up actions.
Strong communication and negotiation skills with customers and internal stakeholders.
Detail-oriented, independent, and able to manage multiple follow-ups.

Responsabilités

Manage assigned customer accounts and monitor AR ageing to ensure timely collection.
Execute collection activities including reminders, statements, and escalation of long outstanding debts.
Review payment behavior, disputes, and collection risks for accounts.
Perform credit checks and assess terms, limits, and collection exposure.
Coordinate with customers, sales, and finance to resolve disputes and billing issues.
Update customer payments in Salesforce and accounting systems; reconcile accounts.
Prepare AR ageing, collection status, and cash collection forecast reports.
Support month-end AR closing and compliance with policy and controls.
