Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an Executive, Credit Admin (Property Developer) to develop action plans to monitor billings, collections and loan documentation, ensuring targets are met. You will implement control measures to improve credit control’s operations and efficiency.

You will supervise timely invoices, issue reminders for outstanding billings, and prepare monthly reports on receivables. Liaise with purchasers, banks and solicitors for smooth loan releases while maintaining confidentiality and

Qualifications

• Degree required or equivalent.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Experience in credit admin is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop action plans to monitor billings, collections and loan documentation to meet budget/targets.
• Implement control measures to improve credit control operations and efficiency.
• Supervise timely invoices according to project stages and certificates received.
• Ensure reminders are issued for all files with outstanding billings.
• Submit monthly reports on billings, collections, receivables and collections status on time.
• Liaise with purchasers, financial institutions, solicitors and related parties for proper documentation and early loan releases.
• Prepare and maintain proper purchaser records in the developer's system.
• Attend after-sales transactions and variations while maintaining records.
• Foster teamwork, coaching and support to Sale Administration staff.
• Maintain confidentiality of purchasers' and company's information.
• Implement policies and procedures as per the property development system.
• Any other duties as assigned.
