Job summary

Brand Name in Malaysia is seeking an Executive to build and operate a Creator & Affiliate ecosystem. You will recruit creators, manage a local creator database, and expand networks across lifestyle and campus creators to boost brand visibility and revenue through creator-led commerce.

You will lead affiliate partnerships, guide commissions, and monitor performance across TikTok Shop and website channels, delivering campaign operations and data-driven insights to optimise impact.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Creator Management, or Affiliate Marketing.
• Experience working directly with Creators and/or Influencers.
• Familiarity with TikTok Shop ecosystem, MCNs, or creator agencies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, and onboard creators aligned with Brand Name's brand positioning.
• Build and maintain a comprehensive Creator Database in Malaysia.
• Expand creator networks across Running, Pickleball, Fitness, Lifestyle, and Campus Creators.
