Qualifications

2–3 years of experience in multimedia design, graphic design, digital content creation, or a related field.
Diploma/Degree in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, Digital Media, Visual Communication, or a related field.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro or equivalent design and video editing software.
Experience in short-form video production, video editing, social media content creation, and digital creative development.

Responsibilities

Create engaging multimedia content for social media, digital platforms, marketing campaigns, and company initiatives.
Develop short-form videos, reels, motion-based content, and campaign videos for social media and marketing purposes.
Handle video shooting, editing, basic post-production, and content adaptation for different digital platforms.
Develop creative concepts, content ideas, and visual directions for social media campaigns, brand initiatives, events, and company activities.
Create and adapt creative materials for events, exhibitions, launches, activations, and other company activities.
Work closely with the Marketing team to develop visuals and multimedia content that support campaigns, promotions, events, and corporate communications.
Collaborate with photographers, videographers, designers, event teams, suppliers, and other external partners when required.
Adapt creative content into different formats, sizes, and platforms while maintaining visual quality and consistency.
Ensure all visual and multimedia content is aligned with the company’s brand identity, guidelines, and overall communication direction.
Stay updated on social media trends, content formats, visual styles, and multimedia techniques to develop relevant and engaging content.
Organise and maintain creative files, working files, assets, and final artwork for easy access and future use.
Manage multiple creative projects and deliverables while meeting deadlines and campaign requirements.
Perform other creative, multimedia, and marketing-related duties as assigned.
