Job summary

Monkey's Canopy Resort is seeking a Creative Manager to lead the creative direction, branding and visual identity for the park and its attractions. The role requires a hands-on, strategic leader with experience across hospitality, entertainment and related industries.

You will shepherd campaigns, content creation and collaborations with internal teams and external agencies to drive visitor engagement and brand consistency.

Qualifications

• Creative, strategic and hands-on leader with strong experience in the theme park, hospitality, entertainment, lifestyle or related industries.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the park’s overall creative direction, branding and visual identity.
• Lead creative concepts and campaigns for marketing, promotions, events and seasonal activities.
• Oversee the creation of social media content, digital campaigns, videos, photography, graphics and promotional materials.
• Work closely with Marketing, Operations and Management teams to translate business objectives into creative campaigns.
• Manage and guide internal creative team, designers, videographers, photographers and external agencies/vendors.
• Ensure all creative materials are consistent with brand guidelines and quality standards.
• Develop concepts for new attractions, events, launches, festivals and promotional activities.
• Monitor trends and introduce fresh ideas to enhance visitor engagement.
• Manage creative projects from concept development to execution, including timelines and deliverables.
• Review and approve creative outputs to meet quality and brand standards.
• Timely delivery of creative campaigns and marketing materials
• Social media/content engagement and audience growth
• Creative contribution to visitor traffic, ticket sales and campaign performance
• Brand consistency and quality of all creative outputs
• Successful execution of events, seasonal campaigns and attraction launches
• Innovation and development of new creative concepts
