Job summary

ZUS Coffee is seeking a Creative Designer to develop innovative retail and interior design concepts, mood boards and visual directions for new stores or redesigns.

You will ensure design language consistency across outlets, coordinate with contractors and suppliers, and work closely with Brands, Retail Operations and Procurement to deliver timely, feasible projects that align with the brand identity.

Qualifications

• Develop creative concepts, mood boards, design narratives and visual directions for existing design, ad hoc projects or new themed store if required.
• Ensure design concepts are innovative, distinctive and aligned with ZUS COFFEE's brand identity.
• Review and guide design development from concept stage through to final execution.
• Ensure consistency of design language across different outlet formats and locations.
• Balance creativity with functionality, construction feasibility, budget and operational requirements.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and outsource designers.
• Work closely with Brands, Retail Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement and other stakeholders.
• Ensure timely completion of design projects.
• Review shop drawings, material samples, mock-ups, prototypes and site implementation where required.
• Identify new materials, finishes, fabrication techniques and design technologies that can enhance ZUS COFFEE outlets.
