Job summary

ZUS Coffee is seeking a Manager, Creative Designer (Retail - Interior Design) to lead visual direction for flagship stores and themed concepts. You will develop mood boards, ensure brand consistency across outlets, and collaborate with Brands, Retail Operations, Supply Chain and external partners to deliver timely, design-driven interiors that balance aesthetics with practicality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Industrial Design or related field.
• 6–10 years of relevant design experience, preferably with F&B, retail, hospitality or commercial projects.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative, AutoCAD, SketchUp.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts, mood boards, design narratives and visual directions for store projects.
• Ensure concepts are innovative and align with ZUS COFFEE's brand identity.
• Review and guide design development from concept to final execution.
• Ensure design language consistency across outlet formats and locations.
• Balance creativity with feasibility, budget and operational requirements.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers and outsource designers.
• Work with Brands, Retail Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement and other stakeholders.
• Ensure timely completion of design projects.
• Review shop drawings, material samples, mock-ups and site implementation.
• Identify new materials, finishes and fabrication techniques to enhance outlets.

• Ensure design concepts are innovative, distinctive and aligned with ZUS COFFEE's brand identity.
• Review and guide design development from concept stage through to final execution.
• Ensure consistency of design language across different outlet formats and locations.
• Balance creativity with functionality, construction feasibility, budget and operational requirements.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and outsource designers.
• Work closely with Brands, Retail Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement and other stakeholders.
• Ensure timely completion of design projects.
• Review shop drawings, material samples, mock-ups, prototypes and site implementation where required.
• Identify new materials, finishes, fabrication techniques and design technologies that can enhance ZUS COFFEE outlets.
