Job summary

Vertical Institute is seeking a Creative Designer to join our Marketing team in a hands‑on, multidisciplinary role focused on paid advertising. You will craft engaging visuals, motion, and video content while leveraging AI tools to accelerate production and improve outcomes.

You will collaborate with Marketing to understand objectives, develop multiple concepts, and deliver assets across social, EDMs, presentations, and brand touchpoints.

Qualifications

• Strong portfolio demonstrating paid advertising and social content.
• 3+ years of relevant design experience preferred.
• Ability to develop ideas and own projects end‑to‑end.
• Proficiency in Figma and AI‑assisted creative tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative work across marketing and brand touchpoints with paid advertising as a key focus.
• Create static assets and edit short‑form video, applying motion where appropriate.
• Collaborate with Marketing to understand objectives and translate insights into visually engaging work.
• Build reusable templates, components, and visual systems for scale.
