Job summary

Respond.io is hiring a Senior Creative Technologist to bridge creative direction and front-end tech. You will turn ambitious ideas into prototypes, interactive experiences and reusable tools, crossing design, motion, AI and marketing systems.

This is a hands-on, independent role that strengthens brand and accelerates production without sacrificing quality. You will work closely with the Creative Lead to explore new capabilities, enabling Growth, Product Marketing and wider content.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in creative technology, motion design or a related hybrid role.
• Strong design fundamentals with motion and visual storytelling portfolio.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud including After Effects.
• Experience applying AI to video production and generative tools.
• Ability to build scalable creative systems and templates.
• Fluency in Figma and Adobe tools; move between static design, motion and production.
• Collaborate with designers, video editors, marketers and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Turn creative concepts into motion prototypes and production-ready systems.
• Test animation and storytelling approaches before full production.
• Build reusable motion templates and workflows to scale output.
• Collaborate with Creative Lead to align with brand and strategy.
• Move between concept, design and technical execution across tools.
• Develop AI-assisted workflows to improve speed and quality.
