Job summary

Fipper Retail Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a creative, hands-on Creative Designer to join our Creative Department in Malaysia.

You will craft visuals for products, campaigns, social media, retail stores, and marketing materials, turning concepts into polished artwork. The role covers graphic design, videography, photo editing, and collaboration with Marketing and Retail teams to deliver on-brand materials on tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Proven portfolio of graphic design, photography, and video work.
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Create designs for social media, promotions, campaigns, POSM, packaging, and retail materials.
• Develop product artwork, layouts and visual concepts per project requirements.
• Edit photos and videos for launches, campaigns and social media.
• Handle videography and basic motion graphics, including shooting and editing.
• Prepare artwork for printing with correct sizes and specs.
• Collaborate with Creative, Marketing and Retail teams to develop visuals.
• Coordinate with suppliers and printers to ensure accurate output.
• Incorporate feedback and ensure final artwork aligns with brand guidelines.
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Support other creative tasks as required.

We are looking for a creative and hands-on team member to join our Creative Department. The role will involve creating visual content for products, campaigns, social media, retail stores and other marketing materials.

Job Responsibilities

• Create graphic designs for social media, promotions, campaigns, POSM, packaging and retail materials.
• Work on product artwork, layouts and visual concepts based on project requirements.
• Create and edit photos and videos for product launches, campaigns, social media and other marketing purposes.
• Handle videography and video editing, including shooting, editing and basic motion graphics.
• Prepare artwork according to required sizes and specifications for printing and production.
• Assist in developing creative concepts, moodboards and visual directions for new projects.
• Work closely with the Creative, Marketing and Retail teams to develop creative materials.
• Coordinate with suppliers/printers when needed to ensure artwork is produced correctly.
• Make design amendments based on feedback and ensure final artwork is accurate.
• Ensure all creative materials follow the brand’s visual direction and guidelines.
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Support other creative tasks and projects when required.

Job Requirements

• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
• Experience in videography and video editing.
• Good understanding of graphic design, layout, typography and visual composition.
• Creative, detail-oriented and able to think of new ideas.
• Good eye for colour, design and overall visual presentation.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and work within deadlines.
• Willing to learn and take on different types of creative work.
• Experience in retail, fashion, footwear or lifestyle brands is an added advantage.
