FORA Advisory in Cyberjaya seeks a designer who can hold three distinct visual identities—consulting pitches to boards, a football academy for parents, and a gifting brand for shoppers—without blurring the brands.
You will own social and campaign assets, proposal decks, and reusable template systems, while producing product and event visuals for all three brands. A strong portfolio and ability to work to briefs and deadlines are essential.
Hours: Full Time
We're a group of three brands united by the same operating philosophy: fix what's broken, build what's deliberate, and never let the work look like an afterthought.
helps Malaysian businesses fix how their operations actually run - malls, factories, hypermarkets, F&B chains - through operational consulting, leadership capability building, and digital system adoption.
(Lion Roars FC) is a football academy for children aged 5–13 in Cyberjaya and Putrajaya, built around the England FA's coaching methodology and a philosophy of developing thinking players, not just technical ones.
brings creative products and experiences to market for everyday moments worth celebrating - a consumer gifting business built on sourcing, partnerships, and thoughtful design.
We're looking for a designer who can hold three distinct visual identities at once - giving a consultancy pitching to boards, a football academy speaking to parents, and a gifting brand selling to shoppers each the attention and consistency they deserve, without any of them blurring into the others.
Social and campaign assets across all three brands - Static, carousel and short-form video. The volume is real and the turnaround is quick; this is the bulk of the role.
Proposal and pitch decks - These go in front of chief executives and represent six-figure engagements. They need to look the part.
Template systems - Build reusable Canva and slide templates so routine weekly content can be produced without needing you every time. Success here means the marketing team can handle most of it independently.
Product and event visuals - Happyness festive and product campaigns; Football Lab intakes, matchdays and parent communications.
Keeping each brand recognisably itself - Three voices, three looks, one person holding the line across all of them.
A portfolio - this is the first thing we'll look at. Please include social work and at least one professional deck or document.
Strong Canva, plus Adobe (Illustrator, Photoshop) or Figma
Video editing experience - CapCut or Premiere. Short-form makes up most of the volume.
The ability to design for both business credibility and consumer warmth, without making the first feel dull or the second feel cheap
Comfortable working to a brief and a deadline, and confident asking questions early rather than guessing
Nice to have
Motion graphics or animation
Photography, including product and event
Experience building brand or template systems from scratch
Sports or F&B brand work
Our brand guide is still being finalised. Early on, you'll be working within a system that’s still taking shape, and you’ll have a real hand in shaping it rather than following a locked style guide. Many designers find this the most rewarding part of the role - a chance to build something from the ground up - so it’s worth considering whether that kind of ambiguity suits how you like to work.
Three brands to build a portfolio on - B2B consulting, kids' sport and consumer retail. Most designers at this level work on just one.
Your work goes live quickly, without a lengthy approval chain
A genuine say in the brand system while it's still being defined
