Job summary

SoyaCincau.com in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Creative Content Producer (Videographer, Photographer & Editor) to lead projects from concept to screen. Plan, shoot, and edit engaging video content for our digital platforms from concept to final cut.

You’ll manage the full production process, bring fresh ideas, and collaborate with the editorial team. Must have 2–3 years of videography/editing experience and proficiency in Premiere Pro or CapCut; Photoshop/Lightroom a plus.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of professional videography and editing experience or equivalent portfolio strength.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or CapCut (or similar editing software).
• Experience with Photoshop, Lightroom, and Illustrator is a plus.
• Familiarity with colour grading, audio editing, and motion graphics (Adobe After Effects is a bonus).
• Strong photography skills (product shoots included) with solid editing expertise.
• Hands-on experience with cameras, lighting setups, and audio equipment.

Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content (social media, product shoots, events, promotional campaigns).
• Collaborate with the Content & Editorial team on concepts, scripts, and storyboards.
• Confidently handle cameras, lighting, and audio to deliver professional-quality results.
• Edit raw footage into polished final outputs, including color grading, sound mixing, and motion graphics where needed.
• Manage and organize video assets so everything stays neat, accessible, and archive-ready.
• Stay on top of video trends, editing techniques, and social media formats.
• Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and deadlines.
