SMART EDUCORE SDN BHD is seeking a motivated Course Advisor in Johor Bahru to guide prospective students through course choices and enrolment, offering expert guidance on diverse offerings. The role includes an attractive commission structure and close interaction with students and parents.

You will work with course instructors and administration to streamline onboarding, track interactions, and meet enrolment targets in a fast-paced educational environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in student recruitment, course advisory, sales or customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with diverse audiences.
• Ability to meet enrolment targets or sales quotas.
• Familiarity with student management systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial consultations with prospective students to understand educational goals and learning preferences.
• Provide comprehensive information about course content, duration, delivery methods, career prospects and outcomes.
• Assess student suitability for programmes and make personalised course recommendations.
• Guide students through the application and enrolment process with accurate documentation.
• Maintain detailed records of student interactions and enrolment outcomes in the management system.
• Follow up with prospective students to address questions and facilitate course registration.
• Collaborate with instructors and staff to ensure smooth onboarding of students.
• Achieve enrolment targets and contribute to growth across course offerings.
• Stay informed about course updates and industry trends to provide current advice.
• Develop relationships with schools, employers and community organisations to generate leads.
