Job summary

SPX Express in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Operations/HR coordinator to assist with recruitment, onboarding, attendance, performance management, payroll, and disciplinary processes for in-house couriers. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project continuity and address operational challenges.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in Business or Supply Chain, strong English communication, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills for internal and external stakeholders.
• Able to work independently in a complex and diverse environment.
• Well-versed with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Excellent command of English; Bahasa Melayu a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with all aspects of SPX’s in-house/in-source couriers, including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, performance management, payroll and disciplinary processes.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project continuity and execution.
• Identify and resolve operational challenges and develop effective solutions.
• Support the improvement and optimization of existing project processes & workflows.
• Maintain accurate and updated records for all relevant trackers.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as requested by the department head or reporting line.
