Golden Horse Rubber SDN BHD in Port Klang Free Zone (PKFZ), Malaysia, is seeking a cost analyst to handle product costing in a tyre manufacturing environment. You will monitor material, labour and overhead costs and support month-end close.

You should have a diploma or degree in accounting and 2–3 years of costing experience in manufacturing; experience with WIP costing, standard costing, variance analysis, and familiarity with AutoCount Accounting System preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant costing experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiar with product costing processes.
• Hands-on experience in WIP costing and month-end closing is preferred.
• Knowledge of standard costing, actual costing and cost variance analysis is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Calculate and monitor material, labour and manufacturing overhead costs.
• Perform Work-in-Progress (WIP) costing and cost transfers.
• Assist with month-end closing and prepare cost reports.
• Analyse cost variances and investigate costing discrepancies.
• Work closely with the production team to ensure accurate production and costing records.
• Assist in maintaining Bills of Materials (BOM) and other production cost data.
