Costing Analyst / Senior Costing Analyst
Day-to-day administration of the Costing Section.
Maintains and prepare of costing reports for monthly financial results reporting.
Designing or improving automated dashboards using Power BI, OBIEE, Oracle, or SQL tools
Job Responsibilities:
- 1.Driving and heavily involved in Costing and Inventory related Projects
- 2. Maintains a full set of books and the preparation of costing reports for monthly financial results reporting.
- 3. Prepares and present on a timely basis, actual vs budget, accurate forecasts, variance, overhead analysis and manufacturing reports.
- 4. Assists in the yearly budget preparation and half yearly forecasting and compilation ofthe master budget with inputs from all other departments.
- 5.Supervises and assists in managing the daily administrative function of the section such as assisting in providing data for various reporting purposes.
- 6.Supervises and oversees maintenance of inventory sub-ledger and prepares reconciliations to GL on a monthly basis.
- 7.Prepares for external audit requirements and acts as internal auditor for SOX and audit compliance.
- 8.Coordinate and support annual physical inventory count
- 9. Preparing Profit in Inventory Elimination Monthly and well as involving in Inventory related adjustment Projection
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Accounting, CPA, CIMA, ACCA, or other relevant accounting qualifications.
- Certified data analytics qualifications (e.g., Power BI, SQL, Python) are an added advantage.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
- Able to handle costing models and reporting.
- Power BI and SQL skills are an added advantage.
