Job summary

Lam Research Corporation seeks a Financial Analyst 4 to support cost accounting governance, standard costing, and reporting across the manufacturing network. You will partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, IT, and Finance to promote accurate inventory valuation and strong financial controls.

Responsibilities include driving cost roll governance, supporting DT and SAP S/4HANA initiatives, and delivering automated solutions to improve efficiency and scalability of costing processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting with 8+ years of experience for the role.
• MBA or professional certification (MBA, CPA, CFA, CA, CMA) with 6+ years is a plus.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel, dashboards, and data visualization.
• Experience with SAP and BI tools, and strong analytical capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Standard Cost Automation & Reporting: develop and maintain automated costing reports.
• Financial Analysis & Business Support: perform variance analysis and ad hoc analyses.
• Cost Roll Governance: coordinate quarterly and annual standard cost rolls across sites.
• Audit & SOX Compliance: support audits and maintain control documentation.
