A technology services company in Malacca City seeks a motivated Sales Executive to lead market penetration and manage customer accounts. You will drive sales efforts, generate leads, and resolve customer complaints effectively. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience or be a fresh graduate with motivation and self-confidence. Competitive commissions, allowances, and bonuses are offered for achieving sales targets.
Responsible on New Markets Penetration, Existing Accounts Follow-up, Quotations & PO.
Responsible for guiding our team of sales executives and ensuring that sales targets are met, generating leads, managing key accounts and monitoring competitors' sales activities.
Determine the effectiveness of personal sales strategies, keeping abreast of the latest industry trends and providing excellent after-sales service to retain customers.
Identifying potential customers through networking initiatives, cold-calling, and email communications.
Preparing and delivering sales presentations to potential and existing customers.
Preparing regular sales reports as well as sales territory plans.
Researching competitors’ products, pricing, and product success to determine customer preferences.
Resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner to maintain customer loyalty.
At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is preferably for this position.
Fresh graduate with high motivation and self confidence may apply as well.
