Job summary

EST Advisory Management is seeking a Corporate Restructuring & Recovery Executive to support the Corporate Recovery & Restructuring team in overseeing and administering recovery, restructuring, and liquidation processes.

The role requires a degree in accounting or related field with at least 1 year of experience in a legal, accountancy, or corporate advisory setting. Strong numbers, analytical skills, and the ability to work independently are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in accounting or related field is required.
• Experience in legal/accountancy corporate advisory preferred.
• Familiarity with Companies Act and Insolvency Act beneficial.

• Oversee corporate recovery and restructuring files with partner firms.

Corporate Restructuring & Recovery Executive

Assisting the Corporate Recovery & Restructuring team in overseeing and administering the process of Corporate Recovery, Restructuring and Liquidation exercise.

Key responsibilities

• Management of Corporate Recovery & Restructuring files and collaboration with partner firms (company secretary, legal firm, accountant) to deal with relevant government laws, rules, regulations for any inquiry or compliance
• General management of legal matters including reviewing of legal related documentations
• Coordination across all business units within the Company
• Ad-hoc tasks assigned by the company from time-to-time

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree in Accounting or equivalent
• At least 1 year of working experience in legal firm / accountancy firm / corporate advisory firm
• Familiar with Companies Act, Insolvency Act laws and regulations in the Corporate Recovery & Restructuring
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
• Good with numbers, Account & Review, Letter Writing, and Analytical skills
