You'll engage HR leaders, design wellness programs, and manage corporate accounts, turning partnerships into lasting value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy and registration with the Pharmacy Board Malaysia is essential.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Commercially curious, proactive, and confident in engaging corporate decision-makers.
• Passionate about preventive healthcare and making a bigger impact beyond daily pharmacy operations.
• Experience in community pharmacy, corporate wellness, pharmaceutical sales, or business development is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Build Corporate Partnerships: Connect with HR leaders, employers, and corporate decision-makers to introduce meaningful healthcare solutions.
• Design Wellness Solutions: Develop corporate health screening, preventive healthcare, and employee wellness programmes.
• Drive Business Growth: Identify opportunities, prepare proposals, pitch solutions, negotiate, and convert partnerships into sustainable business.
• Be the Healthcare Expert: Use your pharmacy background to provide credible, evidence-based recommendations to corporate clients.
• Own the Relationship: Manage corporate accounts, measure outcomes, and build long-term partnerships.
