Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Professional certifications (CPA, ACCA, CFA) are an advantage.
• Strong foundation in corporate finance principles and capital planning.
• Proficient financial modeling for budgeting, forecasting, valuation and scenario analysis.
• Experience with financial statements and financial reporting, including preparation and compliance.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data and make recommendations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for cross-functional teams.

Role Description

The Corporate Finance Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Kuala Lumpur. This role is responsible for managing corproate affairs and the group's listing matters across multiple jurisdcitions. The role also involves supporting capital structure planning, investment evaluations, and strategic projects, while contributing to process improvements and robust internal controls.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Finance, including corporate finance principles and capital planning
• Proficient Financial Modeling skills for budgeting, forecasting, valuation, and scenario analysis
• Experience with Financial Statements and Financial Reporting, including preparation, analysis, and compliance
• Advanced Analytical Skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide clear recommendations
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CFA) are an advantage
• Know how to use AI in advanced manners
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
