Job summary

Fuku, a Kuala Lumpur based public-listed group, seeks a Finance Manager (Corporate Finance & Special Projects) to join a high-visibility finance transformation program.

The role blends management reporting with corporate finance and strategic projects. You will model new ventures, prepare board-ready materials, and partner with banks and advisors, reporting to the Senior Financial Controller and collaborating with the CFO.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• 5-7 years of experience in management reporting, corporate finance, or project finance.
• Proven experience in financial modelling, valuation, and investment analysis.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and performance management processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and review of management accounts, flash reports, and variance analyses.
• Perform quality checks on financial statements from the reporting team and prepare management narratives.
• Oversee forecasting, budgeting, and monitoring of actual vs planned spend.
• Prepare quarterly board papers, performance dashboards, and executive summaries.
• Build and maintain financial models and valuations for new projects, investments, and acquisitions.
• Conduct feasibility and financial viability studies for new business opportunities.
• Support fund-raising activities including project financing and equity placement.
• Liaise with banks, advisors, and legal teams for due diligence and financial documentation.
