PolicyStreet is seeking a Manager, Corporate Development in Kuala Lumpur to lead end-to-end M&A and strategic investment activity, from target identification through due diligence, valuation, negotiation, and close. You will work closely with senior leadership to support growth and strategic priorities.

Competenze

• 5-7 years in M&A advisory, investment banking, corporate development, private equity, or strategy consulting.
• Experience in the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT) sector preferred.
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills with Excel proficiency.
• Experience managing due diligence and deal negotiations.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills for senior leadership.

• Lead end-to-end execution of M&A transactions — acquisitions, divestitures, and strategic investments.
• Identify, screen, and evaluate potential targets and partnerships aligned with strategy.
• Prepare and review financial and valuation models, investment papers, and board materials.
• Manage due diligence across commercial, financial, and legal workstreams.
• Assess synergies and lead post-merger integration planning.
• Monitor industry trends and surface new M&A opportunities.
• Present analyses and recommendations to senior leadership and the board.
• Provide guidance to junior team members supporting transactions.
