Responsibilities

• Support project coordination activities, including monitoring progress, tracking action items, and following up with stakeholders.
• Provide support through research, analysis, and preparation of presentations and management updates.
• Assist in analyzing business processes and identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency and ways of working.
• Contribute to process improvement, digitalisation, and business transformation initiatives by leveraging AI, data, analytics, and automation tools.
• Provide administrative and operational support for departmental activities, strategic initiatives, and ad hoc assignments.
