Qualifications

• Experience in coordinating projects or tasks with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to perform basic research and data analysis for management updates.
• Experience in presenting findings and recommendations to leadership.
• Familiarity with process improvement methodologies and metrics.
• Understanding of digitalisation initiatives and automation in business processes.

Responsibilities

• Support project coordination activities, monitor progress, track action items, and follow up with stakeholders.
• Provide support through research, analysis, and preparation of presentations and management updates.
