Jora Malaysia is seeking a Corporate Analyst in Investments & Business Development to evaluate opportunities across property, healthcare, and education sectors. You will build financial models, run due diligence, and assist in structuring deals.

You will monitor existing investments, prepare stakeholder reporting, and support strategic research to inform board decisions and capital-raising efforts. The role involves cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and external Advisors,

Responsabilidades

• Conduct commercial, financial, and operational due diligence on target acquisitions, JVs, or new project opportunities
• Assess market size, competitive landscape, and regulatory environment across property, healthcare, and education sectors
• Review legal, tax, and compliance documents alongside external advisors (legal/tax counsel)
• Prepare due diligence reports and risk assessments for management/board decision-making
• Build and maintain financial models (DCF, comparables, LBO, sensitivity/scenario analysis) for new investments and existing portfolio projects
• Develop project feasibility studies (ROI, IRR, NPV, payback period) for property developments, healthcare facilities, and education projects
• Prepare cash flow forecasts, budgets, and variance analysis
• Evaluate optimal deal structures (equity, debt, JV, mezzanine financing) for each transaction
• Support capital raising efforts - prepare investment memos, pitch decks, and term sheets
• Monitor performance of existing investments against underwritten projections

Corporate Analyst - Investments & Business Development

This role involves conducting due diligence on target acquisitions, joint ventures, and new project opportunities across property, healthcare, and education sectors. You will build and maintain financial models, develop project feasibility studies, evaluate deal structures, and support capital raising efforts.
