Job summary

ZTE Malaysia is seeking a graduate to join our Core Network team in Shah Alam to plan, design, implement, integrate, migrate and test Core Network solutions such as CS Core, PS Core/EPC, IMS, VoLTE, VoWiFi, and related network elements. You will analyze performance, troubleshoot issues, and support customers and internal teams to ensure reliable, scalable service delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, implement, integrate, migrate and perform acceptance testing for Core Network solutions (CS Core, PS Core/EPC, IMS, VoLTE, VoWiFi, WiFi Offload, VoBB, PCRF, SPR, NFV).
• Analyze network performance, troubleshoot complex issues, perform root cause analysis and optimize for reliability and scalability.
• Serve as primary technical contact for internal teams, customers and vendors, providing guidance and support during delivery and operations.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, project management and customer teams to support solution design, delivery and strategic initiatives.

Job description

• Plan, design, implement, integrate, migrate, and perform acceptance testing for Core Network solutions, including CS Core, PS Core/EPC, IMS, VoLTE, VoWiFi, WiFi Offload, VoBB, PCRF, SPR, NFV, and other related network elements.
• Analyze network performance, troubleshoot complex technical issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement optimization initiatives to ensure network reliability, scalability, and service quality.
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for internal engineering teams, customers, and vendors, providing technical guidance and support throughout project delivery and operational phases.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, project management, and customer teams to support solution design, technical presentations, service delivery, and strategic business initiatives.
• Participate in regional and global technical delivery projects, ensuring successful deployment, integration, and commissioning of Core Network solutions in accordance with customer requirements and industry best practices.

Job Requirements

1. 1.Bachelor's degree or above majoring in Telecommunication/IT/Computer Science/Electrical engineering or other related technical disciplines.
