Alan Tan & Lee (KL) seeks a Senior Conveyancing Clerk to manage Sub-Sales and Bank Loan documentation for Mont Kiara and Puchong offices. A minimum of 5 years in conveyancing is required, with proficiency in MS Word/Excel/Outlook and trilingual communication (Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin).

The role involves handling Sub-Sales, bank loan documentation, and developers work, supporting clients across language needs.

Qualifications

• 5 years minimum experience in Conveyancing.
• Five years of working experience in the related field.
• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin for Mandarin-speaking clients.
• SPM/O Level qualification or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Handle Sub-Sales, Bank Loan Documentation and Developers work.
• Assist senior staff in conveyancing tasks and documents.
• Coordinate with clients in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin.

Positions open for both our Mont Kiara Office & Puchong Office
5 years minimum experience in Conveyancing

Candidate must possess at least /SPM/"O" Level in any field.

Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin (we need a Mandarin speaker to deal with our Mandarin speaking clients)

At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Able and/or willing to handle matters ranging from Sub-Sales, Bank Loan Documentations & Developers work
