Sky-Tag Robotics Sdn Bhd in Penang seeks an experienced leader to guide a team in designing, developing, and implementing control system software and electrical schematics for robotics applications. You will drive improvements, select components, provide technical support, and ensure project quality and on-time delivery, with a focus on ISO 9001 standards and robust engineering practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Professional degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in electronic/electrical circuit design and robotics systems.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Visual C++ and C# programming.
• Familiar with ISO 9001 quality management system requirements.
• Completion of ISO 9001 Awareness Training.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD for electrical design and drafting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prepare, interpret, and review electrical schematic diagrams.

Responsabilités

• Lead and guide the team in designing, developing, and implementing control system software and electrical schematic diagrams.
• Drive continuous improvement and conduct research on new software, technologies, and control system solutions.
• Source, evaluate, and select electrical components to reduce costs while improving reliability and efficiency.
• Provide technical support and effective solutions to internal teams and external customers.
• Assign tasks and allocate resources to team members for new projects and ECRs, ensuring timely completion.
• Monitor project progress, review design outputs, and ensure quality of control system software and schematics.
• Evaluate alternative components and suppliers to identify cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
• Coordinate with Engineering and Service teams to troubleshoot control system issues promptly.
• Provide technical guidance to ensure consistent engineering standards and project execution.

• Lead and guide the team in designing, developing, and implementing control system software and electrical schematic diagrams.
• Drive continuous improvement and conduct research on new software, technologies, and control system solutions to enhance system performance and reliability.
• Source, evaluate, and select electrical components from different suppliers to reduce costs while improving the reliability and efficiency of control systems.
• Provide technical support and effective solutions to internal teams and external customers regarding control system issues.
• Assign tasks and allocate resources to team members for new projects and engineering change requests (ECRs), ensuring timely completion and compliance with project requirements.
• Monitor project progress, review design outputs, and ensure the quality and accuracy of control system software and electrical schematic diagrams developed by the team.
• Evaluate alternative electrical components and suppliers to identify cost-effective solutions without compromising quality, performance, or reliability.
• Coordinate with Engineering and Service teams to troubleshoot and resolve control system issues in a timely manner.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members to ensure consistent engineering standards and effective project execution.
• Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Professional Degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or an equivalent field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in electronic/electrical circuit design and robotics systems.
• Knowledge and experience in Microsoft Visual C++ and C# programming.
• Understanding of ISO 9001 quality management system requirements.
• Completion of ISO 9001 Awareness Training.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Visual C++ and C# programming.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD software for electrical design and drafting.
• Ability to prepare, interpret, and review electrical schematic diagrams.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
