Job summary

Delta Force Security is seeking a Control Room Supervisor in Cyberjaya to manage security operations, screening procedures, incident handling, and staff supervision.

The candidate should have 3+ years of supervisory security experience, knowledge of screening equipment, MS Office proficiency, and fluency in English; certifications such as Security/Medical/First Aider/CPR/AED are a plus.

Qualifications

• Basic certificate/diploma/bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in corporate security, military, or law enforcement.
• 3+ years supervisory experience handling security screenings, safety, and incidents.
• Knowledge of screening equipment and procedures is an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Office and fluent in English.
• Security/Medical/First Aider/CPR/AED certification is an added advantage.
• Able to meet account-specific skill, certification, or licensing requirements.
• Composed under pressure and able to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities

• Supervise control room and site screening operations.
• Monitor and manage screening equipment and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with security policies, certifications, and account-specific requirements.
• Handle incidents, safety matters, and coordinate with authorities, clients, and staff.
• Perform multiple tasks efficiently and work overtime as required.
