Job summary
Us Tech Solutions is seeking a Supply Chain Operations Specialist to coordinate end-to-end supply chain activities for capital equipment and related materials to support factory operations, ramp readiness, and NPI. You will work with suppliers, procurement, logistics, and IE to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
The role involves coordinating PRs/POs, arranging shipments, and ensuring documentation accuracy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
- Experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics or operations.
- Experience coordinating with suppliers, buyers and logistics providers.
- Familiarity with purchase orders, shipment coordination and supply chain ops.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end supply chain activities for equipment and materials.
- Collaborate with IE and procurement to release PRs and POs.
- Arrange shipment pickups with buyers, suppliers, and logistics partners.
- Review shipping documents for accuracy and compliance.
- Monitor supplier responses and update systems within seven days of PO creation.
- Track tender dates and resolve delays affecting readiness.
- Participate in weekly logistics meetings to review status.
- Support GO leadership to meet ramp readiness milestones.
