Job summary

Malaysia Marine And Heavy Engineering Sdn Bhd in Pasir Gudang, Johor, is seeking an Executive, Subcontract Management (Marine Operation) to oversee contracts across the project lifecycle, ensure compliance, and support project goals.

You will manage pre- and post-contract activities, steer change orders, monitor performance, and coordinate with Legal, Commercial and Project Control to mitigate risks and deliver EPC projects on time.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent field.
• Minimum 6 years’ experience in project control/management of heavy engineering EPC projects.

Responsibilities

• Execute project contracts/subcontracts management within and across the project lifecycle.
• Liaise with Project Management Teams/Business Leaders on contract matters to achieve results.
• Support pre-contract & subcontract formation and ensure risk allocation and compliance.
• Manage post-contract administration until closeout and dispute resolution.
• Monitor subcontract performance against contractual obligations and milestones.
• Ensure adherence to governance, policies and regulatory requirements.
