Responsibilities

• Tendering & Bidding: Analyze cost estimates, evaluate subcontractor quotes, and assist in compiling competitive bids.
• Contract Drafting & Negotiation: Draft, review, and negotiate terms and conditions with external vendors, suppliers, and clients.
• Risk Management: Identify potential legal or financial risks and proactively enforce strategic clauses to protect company margins.
• Compliance & Administration: Ensure all project execution aligns with statutory regulations, industry standards, and internal corporate policies.
• Cost Control & Variations: Manage change orders, track subcontractor payments, handle claims, and finalize accounts to prevent cost overruns.
• Dispute Resolution: Mediate and resolve contractual disputes and claims through negotiation.
