Job summary

Hexachamp Sdn Bhd is seeking a capable candidate for a Quantity Surveyor role in Malaysia. The job involves preparing bills of quantities, cost estimates and tender documents, as well as administering contracts, valuations and variation orders.

You will also carry out site measurements and handle progress claims while engaging with clients, consultants and subcontractors. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Electrical Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or an equivalent

Qualifications

• Must have 2–3 years of relevant working experience.
• Familiar with tender management or standard forms of contracts.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with quantity surveying software is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare bills of quantities, cost estimates and tender documents.
• Administer contracts, valuations and variation orders.
• Carry out site measurements and process progress claims.
• Liaise regularly with clients, consultants and subcontractors.
