CB Talents SP is seeking a Content Moderator – Mandarin in Ipoh, Malaysia to join the Trust & Safety team. In this role, you will review and moderate user-generated content, ensuring compliance with platform guidelines while maintaining quality and productivity standards.

Ideal candidates should have a diploma or bachelor's degree, proficiency in Mandarin, and a typing speed of 40 WPM. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, and experience in content moderation is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum C1 proficiency in Mandarin (reading, writing, speaking).
• Minimum B2 proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Typing speed of at least 40 WPM with 90% accuracy.
