Job summary

ZALORA Malaysia is seeking a Social Media Content Creator Intern to join the PR & Social Media team in Kuala Lumpur. You will ideate, produce, and publish on-brand content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Xiao Hong Shu, collaborating with Brand Marketing, Creative, and E‑Commerce teams.

The role supports shoots, events, and day‑to‑day channel operations in Malaysia with occasional off-site events. Ideal candidates excel in creative writing, design aesthetics, and social media content

Qualifications

Excellent written and verbal communication with a flair for creative writing.
Keen eye for design, aesthetics, and details in content creation.
Proven experience creating social media content for channels.
Organized multitasker capable of fast-paced environments.
Comfortable in front of the camera and may be featured in video content.
Proficient with CapCut and Adobe Suite; video/editing skills are a plus.
Studying Marketing/Communication/Graphic Design or related field.

Responsibilities

Develop social media content aligned with brand voice for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and XiaoHongShu.
Assist shoots, edit images/videos, and support creative projects.
Support marketing events, promotions, and day-to-day channel operations.
Monitor platforms for trends, ideas, and audience feedback.
Content copywriting and coordination with PRSM, Brand Marketing, and E‑Commerce teams.
Handle media loans and ad-hoc administrative tasks.
